It is just over 24 hours until the ‘race that stops a nation’ gets underway and as this year’s £3m prize looms, fans will be wondering what time all the action gets underway.
The Melbourne Cup actually takes place at 3 PM Tuesday afternoon in Australia, meaning that punters in the UK will be able to tune into the action at 4AM on Tuesday morning.
With a strong international field getting ready to tackle the world’s most prestigious race there will be lots of interest from Britain and punters will want to know how they can watch the race online.
