Odds and Markets
On the horse racing front, they really come into their own as far as putting up early prices are concerned. If you like your racing across the globe, then these guys will have it covered and offer many different types of bet in addition to the standard win and place. The main criticism that we have about these guys is that their In-Play offering appears to be token. It's all very well distinguishing racing from the other sports.
Website
Centrebet have taken the unusual step of splitting out their racing product from the rest of their sports markets. You might find one or two bookmakers who have created a devoted section of their website to In-Play, while virtually all of them have seperate casino and poker platforms. However, if you want to bet on Australian, UK or American racing, you'll have your very own website as far as this Aussie bookmaker are concerned. This isn't to say you can't skip across to the sportsbook product or vice versa - this has been covered with a neat drop-down menu.
The website is very compact and user-friendly. You will immediately get to grips with how to navigate around the various sections.
Customer Service
Depending on what PC you're using, you may have to scroll down the main body of the homepage to find the 'Contact Us' section. Centrebet offer 24 / 7 customer service in English bu strangely, other language support is only available for six hours a day. Considering they describe themselves as a global betting and gaming company, they either have very few multi-lingual customers or don't want many more!
